Three tiers. No secrets.
Your tier is between you and each artist — there are no leaderboards, and nobody else sees it unless you show them. Here is exactly how it adds up.
Supporter
Own at least one release from the artist, or hold an active subscription. That's it — you're in, and their gated feed unlocks.
Certified
250 points. Every £1 you put in — buying releases or paying a monthly sub — is worth 10 points. Buy within 7 days of a release dropping and those points are multiplied by 1.5.
Day One
750 points, plus one of: you bought a release within 48 hours of it dropping (that purchase is flagged on your receipt forever), or you've supported the artist for 12 months.
The fine print, plainly
- Holding supporter status also earns 5 points per calendar month — loyalty counts, not just spend.
- Refunds subtract their points, and tiers can go down. Your receipts are never altered — a reversal is recorded alongside.
- What you own is yours forever: files, receipts, points history. If your sub lapses and you own no release, the artist's feed locks until you're supporting again — nothing else is lost.
- Every point comes from a signed receipt you can verify yourself, any time, from your wallet.
